• Booked 1-to-1 interview preparation sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or reschedule.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, or failure to attend the session, are non-refundable.

These sessions involve the reservation of dedicated time and professional preparation.

CV & Supporting Statement Review Services

• CV reviews and supporting statement reviews are professional written services.

• Due to the personalised nature of these services, CV reviews and supporting statement reviews are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work begins immediately upon submission of your documents.

• Please ensure all submitted documents are final before completing your purchase.

Digital Products (Interview Preparation Guides)

• All digital products are non-refundable once purchased.

• This is because digital content is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, revoked, or re-used once accessed.

Faulty or Inaccessible Content

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If a digital product is faulty, incomplete, or inaccessible, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
